We can re-style a room with all new bins and closets, but we can often just do it with the things you already have at home. Depending on the time you have available, you can choise to let me do most of the work, or you can do a larger part yourself. All sort of choices we can make together to make it fit your wallet, calendar and wishes. Below are a few options that may work for you:
It starts with an initial interview or intake. This is always free and without obligation. We meet at your home and discuss your situation and wishes. In one hour, we discuss if you want a custom solution, or one of the packages below. It all depends on the question: how much do you want to do yourself and how much do you want me to do? Based on this intake I’ll send you a plan of action and quotation, within two days by email. With your ok, we are ready to go!
The Brainstorm Package € 125, –
Sometimes it helps if someone takes a fresh look at the situation. Someone who gives you new ideas, suggestions and offers solutions. Someone who has seen a lot of houses from the inside and knows what can and cannot work. Someone who can think creatively and out-of-the-box and can give you, just that little push to get moving and be inspired. In 1,5 hour, we’ll brainstorm about what a good solution could be for your space and decide on a system that will work. After the brainstorm session, I will send you a tailor-made shopping list, with all the products you need to realise the system we discussed in the brainstorm. Now you only have to buy the products on the list and implement the system. No hassle! This solution costs € 125, – plus a mileage allowance of € 0.50 per kilometre, when you live further then 20 km from Amstelveen (postal code 1187). All prices include 21% VAT.
The unpacked-in-two-days package € 1.749,-
When you move, there is so much for you to do, that sometimes you may need an extra pair of hands. Many moving companies therefore offer the service to pack and unpack your moving boxes. Very nice of course, because that is precious time in such a busy period. But, if you want your boxes to be unpacked with an eye for it’s surrondings, with an organized effect, I can help you. I will be in your new (empty) house for two days and make sure that the kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom are unpacked when you enter two days later. In a way that is convenient and appropriate to your wishes. So, you can take care of other things or people and your home will be ready to be inhabited. Two days, three rooms and clear results will cost you € 1.749, – plus a mileage allowance of € 0.50 per kilometre, when you live further then 20 km from Amstelveen (postal code 1187). All prices include 21% VAT.
The All-in Package € 80, – per hour
Sometimes it’s not so easy to do it yourself. You might not have time for it or just want me to take it out of your hands. And I can do that! Of course, we have to do some parts together, since I cannot decide for you what you want to keep and what you want to give/throw away. During the intake, we discuss your situation and you will probably indicate that the packages above will not work for you. After the initial interview I’ll make a plan of action with a quotation. This will be based on my hourly rate of 80 euros per hour. Sometimes it’s more practical to agree on an all-in package price that applies to the entire job.
